May 20, 2012
Our 1st game at Bonnabel had the Dodgers defeating the Pirates 11 - 3. Leading the Dodgers were: Derick Cusick 3 for 4, 3RBI, Virgil Ladner 3 for 4, 1RBI, Jeff Perez 3 for 4, 1RBI. Mickey Gallagher picked up the win for the Dodgers. Todd Lebourgeois was 3 for 4, and Lynn Brehm was 2 for 3, 1DBL, for the Pirates.
Our 2nd game watched the Yankees spank the Cubs 11 - 2. The Yankees pounded out 16 hits with Lowell Gauff 3 for 5, 1RBI, Rickey Philibert was 3 for 5, 1RBI. leading the way. Also contributing were: Andre Jackson 2 for 4, 1DBL, 3RBI, and Mike Kennedy 2 for 4. Fred pitched the entire game for the Yankees and picked up the win. For the Cubs Dan Newman was 2 for 3, 1Triple.
Up in Laplace the Tigers were beating the Cardinals 10 - 1. The Tigers had 10 hits with Mike Leblanc and Angel Ramirez each going 2 for 4. Mike Lee was 1 for 2, 1Triple , 2RBI. Mike Leblanc got the win for the Tigers. Cory Sullivan was 1 for 2, 1RBI for the Cardinals.
Week 6

Our 1st game at Bonnabel, saw the Cubs defeat the Pirates 9 - 3. Leading the way for the Cubs were: Steve Ceravolo 2 for 4, 1DBL, 2RBI, Steve Stropolo 2 for 4, 3RBI, Dan Newman 2 for 2, 1TR., and Rick Hudson 2 for 3, 1RBI. Paul Mancuso picked up the win. Lloyd Bagnell and Lynn Brehm each had 3 hits and 1RBI for the pirates.
The 2nd game saw the Dodgers beat the Victory 11 - 7. Leading hitters for the Dodgers were: Phil Wangerin 3 for 4, 1DBL, 1RBI, Wayne Messa 2 for 3, 1RBI, Ed Vollenweider 2 for 4, 1RBI, and Marc Young 2 for 4, 1RBI. Derek Cusick picked up the win for the Dodgers. Jerry Nelson, playing with Victory, was 3 for 4, 2RBI.
Our 3rd game at Bonnabel saw the Tigers defeat the Yankees 7 - 5. Leading the Tigers offense was Earl Scioneaux 2 for 3, 1RBI. Jodi Simoneaux picked up the win for the Tigers. Ricky Philibert was 3 for 3, 1DBL, Lowell Hauff was 2 for 3, and Robin Troullier was 2 for 3, 1RBI for the Yankees.
Over at St. Charles Catholic the Phillies manhandled the Cardinals 11 - 0. Leading the Phillies offense were: Going 2 for 3 wre Jimmy Doss, and Darrell Ricks 2 for 3. Ernest Neves was 2 for 4, 1DBL, 1RBI. Spencer Ott and Jason Hemrick allowed only 6 hits thru 7 innings with Ott picking up the win.
Week 5

Our only game of the day was played at St. Charles Catholic and saw the Yankees defeat the Cardinals 11 - 10. The leading hitters for the Yankees were: Lowell Gauff 2 for 4, 1HR, 3RBI, Robin Trouller 3 for 4, 1RBI, Mike Guidry, Ricky Plauche and Wilson Winn each had 2 hits and 1RBI. Fred Alfred picked up the win for the Yankees. Leading the Cardinals were Craig Robicheaux 3 for 5, 1DBL, 1T, 1RBI, and Gwain Rountree 3 for 4, 1DBL, 2RBI.
ALL GAMES AT BONNABEL WERE RAINED OUT DUE TO A BROKEN PUMP.
