July 28, 2013
At Bonnabel in the 1st game the Cubs beat the Tigers 8 - 4. Leading the Cubs were: Steve Stropolo 2 for 3, 1DBL, 4RBI, Steve Scneck 2 for 3, 2RBI, Dan Newman 2 for 2, 3R, and Rick Hudson 2 for 2. Paul Mancuso picked up the win with 7IP, 10K. Byron Addison, John Paciera and Earl Scioneaux had the only hits for the Tigers.
The 2nd game was a forfeit win for the Yankees.
In St. Charles the White Sox beat the Phillies 13 - 4. Leading the White Sox were: Shannon Richard 3 for 4, 3DBL, 3RBI, Eric Costa 2 for 4, 3RBI, Luke Suarez 2 for 4, 1DBL, 2RBI, and Lyn Brehm 2 for 4, 2RBI. Jody Simoneaux picked up the win with 7IP, 5K. Kevin Lebeau, Steve Ricks, and Cyril St. Cyr each had 1 hit apiece for the Phillies.
Down in Southland the Rangers beat the Cardinals 10 -1. Leading hitters for the Rangers were: Ernest Neves 2 for 4, 3RBI, Spencer Ott 2 for 4, 2RBI, Chris Ricks 2 for 4, 1RBI, and Bob Oster 2 for 4, 1DBL. For the Cardinals Dan Lond was 2 for 2, 1RBI.

At Bonnabel all games were rained out, however the Rangers did pick up a rained out make up game by way of forfeit with the Pirates.
Up at St. Charles our 1st game was played with the Tigers beating the White Sox 7 - 1. Leading hitters for the Tigers were: Byron Addison 3 for 4, 2DBL, John Paciera 2 for 4, 2RBI, Travis Puls 2 for 3, 1RBI, and Jerry Nelson 2 for 4. Mike Lee picked up the win for the Tigers. Leading the White Sox were: Joe Muscarello 1 for 2, 1RBI, and Casey Baker 1 for 1.
Our 2nd game was rained out.

Our 1st game at Bonnabel had the Dodgers beating the Phillies by the score of 5 - 1. Leading the Dodgers were: Joey Brockoff 2 for 3, Chris Rivette 1 for 4, 2RBI, Jimmy Barta picked up the win with 8IP, 11K. Luis Bautista and Cyril St. Cyr were both 2 for 3 for the Phillies.
Our 2nd game saw the Cubs pick up a forfeit win from the Pirates.
At St. Charles the Rangers beat the Tigers 17 - 3. Leading the hit assault for the Rangers were: Brian Kennedy 4 for 5, 1HR, 2RBI, Craig Quintal 4 for 6, 1DBL, 3RBI, Ralph Oster 3 for 4, 1DBL, 2RBI, and Chris Ricks 3 for 6, 1DBL. Spencer Ott picked up the win for the Rangers.
Down at Southland the Cardinals beat the White Sox 12 - 6. Leading the Cardinals were: Joe Lamartino 2 for 2, 2RBI, Gwain Roundtree 2 for 3, Ben Hebert was 2 for 3, and Anthony Hebert was 1 for 3, 1DBL, 3RBI. Jody Simoneaux was 2 for 4, 2RBI to lead the White Sox.
